Poly-Pro™

Non-marking polyurethane tread mechanically locked to a polyolefin core. This durable, light-weight wheel is perfect for many light duty to medium duty applications. Ideal for wash-down applications.

Polyon™

Polyurethane elastomer tread chemically bonded to a cast iron core. Optional precision ball bearings or tapered roller bearings require less effort to start up and maintain a rolling load.

Polyon AL™

Polyurethane elastomer tread chemically bonded to a light-weight aluminum core. The aluminum core has a strong attractive appearance and is resistant to rust and corrosion.

Durolastomer

Solid cast polyurethane elastomer wheel eliminates bonding failures and is a very reliable and durable wheel. Ideal for wash-down applications.

Crowned polyurethane elastomer tread chemically bonded to a solid heavy-duty cast iron core. With a combination of a crowned tread and a heavy core, this wheel allows for a higher weight capacity, durability and greater mobility than standard Polyon™ wheels.

Polyflexon®

Uniquely formulated “Flex Compound” polyurethane is chemically and mechanically bonded to a precision aluminum core, preventing tread separation and assuring reliable mobility.

Ultra-Poly™

Thick 3/4” ultra strong polyurethane elastomer tread chemically bonded to a solid heavy-duty cast iron core. With a combination of both thick tread and heavy core this wheel offers higher weight capacities and provides greater durability than other mold on polyurethane tread wheels.
