Polyflexon Wheels

Polyflexon wheels have a uniquely formulated "flex compound" polyurethane elastomer tread that is chemically and mechanically bonded to an aluminum or cast iron core.  Double bonding helps prevent tread separation and assures reliable mobility.  Minimal surface friction enables wheels to turn easily due to the round tread and sealed precision ball bearings.

It also requires less effort to startup and maintain a rolling load.  This wheel offers a semi-cushioned, non-marking ride.  Capable of rolling over small debris like metal shavings and door and floor joints.  Great for manual or powered towline applications.  This wheel has a durometer rating of 95 Shore A (+/-5) and a temperature range of -40° F to 180° F.
