Polyflexon Wheels

Polyflexon wheels have a polyurethane tread that is chemically and mechanically bonded to an aluminum core. Double bonding helps prevent tread separation and assures reliable mobility. Minimal surface friction enables wheels to turn easily due to the round tread and sealed precision ball bearings. It also requires less effort to startup and maintain a rolling load. This wheel offers a semi-cushioned ride, is non-marking, and is capable of rolling over small debris like metal shavings and door and floor joints. Great for manual or powered towline applications, these wheels have a durometer rating of 85 Shore A (+/-5) and a temperature range of -40° F to 180° F.
