Polyon Wheels

Polyon wheels have a polyurethane tread chemically bonded to cast iron core.  Polyurethane on steel core wheels offer higher weight capacities while providing excellent floor protection and a quiet rolling operation.  Optional precision ball bearings and tapered roller bearings require less effort to start up and maintain a rolling load.

This heavy duty wheel also generates less friction which prolongs the life of the wheel.  Polyurethane wheels work well for both indoor and outdoor uses, however, a cast iron core can rust over time.  This wheel is not recommended for wet or corrosive applications.  If this is an issue, look at using an aluminum or poly core wheel.
